Re: Loan Report
I do hope your missus also got some welcome relief after you cleaned her u bends.Originally posted by Shep Proudfoot View PostWhat a thoroughly entertaining thread!
Have just spent the morning cleaning the u-bends for the missus, so was in need of some light relief. Smartly, I've insisted on it in writing for when we come back from the pub tonight.

Match reports here:Originally posted by Loramski View PostNot much of note happening with the loan players. Goals for Fagan-Walcott and Kieron Evans yesterday but Xavier Benjamin was subbed at half time and Bagan didn't get on. Kortrijk play this afternoon.

Thanks. Sam Bowen was up against Evans yesterday playing for Wealdstone, a couple of seasons after they (briefly) played in the same City side at Coventry.Originally posted by JumpersforGoalposts View Post
Ebou Adams has started well at Derby and is impressing fans and manager alike. Paul Warne says he's a good fit there and would be interested in signing him if the chance came up. An interview with Adams here after yesterday's game.
Midfielder Ebou Adams admitted it was a ‘massive relief’ to see Derby County grab all three points with a last-minute victory over Stevenage to retain second spot in Sky Bet League One.
The Warne interview here.

Re: Loan Report
We've been talking about Eli in the Glasgow Rangers tonight thread. The BBC reports had made him man-of-the-match in the games against Celtic and Rangers, we're assuming he was injured for yesterday but haven't been able to find any info to back that up.Originally posted by Enoch Mort View PostWhere was Eli King yesterday ? Re: Loan Report
I think of all those out on loan he’s the most likely to come back and be in contention.Originally posted by Loramski View PostWe've been talking about Eli in the Glasgow Rangers tonight thread. Re: Loan Report
Tsunoda too, in different circumstances, and maybe Adams, but King and Isaak Davies are ones I'd expect to be in contention next season, yes. I've seen JR Hartley saying that he thinks Davies has played his last game for us but we'll see. I wonder if Burnley will come back in for him on their relegation or has that ship sailed?Originally posted by 2b2bdoo View PostI think of all those out on loan he’s the most likely to come back and be in contention.

I was going to mention Tsunoda but couldn’t remember how to spell his name lol.Originally posted by Loramski View PostTsunoda too, in different circumstances, and maybe Adams, but King and Isaak Davies are ones I'd expect to be in contention next season, yes. I’m not sure Davies is as good as some people believe.

Re: Loan Report
He wasn't great last season but he came into it injured and just never got going. Even then, League 1 clubs wanted to take him on loan and, while it's hard to judge the level he's playing at in Belgium, he doesn't seem to be doing himself any harm at all out there. I'd like to have seen him brought back in January but the way things are going he's better off where he is.Originally posted by 2b2bdoo View PostI was going to mention Tsunoda but couldn’t remember how to spell his name lol.

These are big ifs but if the manager believes in him and if we play in a way that suits him I still think he's got a big part to play here but I respect your opinion and only time will tell.
