We also have an urgent secondary consideration, get some pace into the squad. If he’s quick, then I can understand us being interested in him.

Seems like he played a lot of Irish Premier League football last year - twenty eight appearances, just one goal.

Yup, pace it is, because we do need it, and because Riza is going down the sit in and hit em quick route, basically, get the ball out wide as quickly as possible, stretch them and by Christ, don't let those lot in the middle have the ball, they chase, win it and knock it wide. It's defeatist to a point, although we have tried the possession game, building from the back, playing with a 10, and it hasn't worked. I get it, I don't blame him.

Perhaps he’s read this M.B, and he’s completely comfortable with the fact that fans are acutely aware that transfers are negotiated weeks or even months in advance before that are officially announced

I think there are times when revealing who you are after is very counterproductive, and other times it can help you get the result you wanted.

Seems like our interest in RJJ was already out there, and Peterborough are probably looking to cash in as he's out of contract in the summer.

He's not really out of contract, it'll go to a tribunal. They'll still get a decent fee. Kyprianou on the other hand will leave for nothing.

He is paid some amount and I would guess at £25kpw. If you know the exact amount then please let us know

I don't know anything, £25k seems a reasonable guess to me but you see people bandying these figures around like they're fact when it's all just a guess

Yes of course it is a guess. I haven't seen the contract between AR and CCFC. So I am going for £25kpw but I am happy to be corrected if someone knows better
