We've been crying out for a midfielder like Mannsverk for 3 season. Rinomhota, Wintle and Siopis have failed miserably in this position. The only things is I thought Chambers was the answer; we have definitely looked at our best for some time with him in that position. I wonder if the plan is to play the two of them or to shift Chambers to centre back (where he looked average, at best)?
We have millions of midfielders; Chambers, Ralls, Robertson, R.Colwill, Turnbull, Ramsey, Siopis, Rinomhota, Wintle, J.Colwill & King. Yet, until recently it has been the worst functioning part of our game. This because we've lacked a 6, 3 of the senior players have proved to be not good enough and two that are have chronic injury problems.Comment

When I first saw Daland play, I thought he was a defensive midfielder waiting to happen. Then, lo and behold, Chambers gets the gig.Comment
