Re: LOL at the egg….
What on earth did they expect, outside of an official window so being without most of their best players playing one of the best teams in the world. Keeping it under 80 will be a decent result.
Other than more $$$ for the WRU, I guess that’s what they expected. But the WRU are in danger of killing the golden goose and turning the sport in Wales into an absolute laughing stock.

Think it's already a laughing stock. Bout time they had a taste of their own medicine.Originally posted by LA Bluebird View PostWhat on earth did they expect, outside of an official window so being without most of their best players playing one of the best teams in the world. Their excuse was that they were locked into the game by the previous regime. But what possible benefit could this have been to the players?Originally posted by LA Bluebird View PostWhat on earth did they expect, outside of an official window so being without most of their best players playing one of the best teams in the world. Imagine an up and coming player who was thrown into this game? Never selected again and his whole career blighted by being remembered as part of 'that' team, who were beaten 66 - nil at home. Just the thought of it must be soul destroying.

Weren’t most of their first team unavailable too?Originally posted by The Bloop View PostIt was to be expected today. WRU choosing to play the best team in the world, outside of the window, knowing most of the first team would not be available. Pathetic decision and hopefully the last time.
