    Re: Oxford goes toxic.

We wouldn't be in this shit storm of a mess if Tan wasn't here.
I don't believe he was the saviour everyone is making him out to believe.
Hope he buggers off. He has ruined Cardiff and divided the fans like Scargill did with the miners

Yes , the red debacle is something I’m not sure the devoted fan base at the time will fully ever recover from. I went to just a handful of games in red and though I got a season ticket again after we switched back to blue the love affair has never been quite the same

I think it will take a new owner and some restoration of pride in our club on and off the field to be able to fully move on

The thing that has divided the fan base is the crap results.

        Happens to every club.

If we were doing well , there wouldn’t be any protests ,otherwise we would have had them year on year since the rebrand.

Ultimately the average gate is around 18,000, but if we were going well it would be closer to 22,000. Fans are upset with performance levels in the main.

If we had won at Oxford there wouldn’t be any have been no booing at the end of the game.

Do you know any billionaires waiting to take over the club with a debt of £90m ?

Ultimately if we went down I’d still buy a family season ticket and a fair amount of merchandise and so would a significant amount of current season ticket holders.

As Supermac said, 'results dear boy, results...'. I'll be there next season whatever, but this slow descent into apathy and mediocrity has to stop somewhere..

How much merchandise would you buy?

Percentage wise the less than 0.80% of our gross income , which is the same as most other fans.

Professional football is in such a different place from the Sam era. Who is the biggest club not to exist anymore? You have to dig pretty deep to find it. Someone will always want a stab at it.
They haven't now because Tan wants more than its worth but he is doing his damnedest to try to emulate Ashley in the premier league and just get by.

I wouldn't be surprised if you hear it again very soon if we don't turn a corner .

I thought the "pass, move" chant was quite apt as we were all getting very frustrated with the lack of mobility and forward play.

I also felt sorry for the players , I guess the paying public would like to see the team climbing the table and the players leaving everything out on the pitch.

I have just seen Rizas comments after the game , if things dont work out as a manager I think he would make a decent reporter .Every game he gets it spot on where it gone wrong . Its a shame he cant seem to address the issues.

I could well be at Watford as well
The 'VT your a wanker' and 'VT get out of our club' was a bit louder than i have heard in recent times. However the 'your not fit to wear the shirt' and 'sacked in the morning' chant was very much loader. And the toxic atmosphere at the end was very much directed at the shit show by the players and manager. The El ghazi bottling it when one on one with keeper was hard to take by many and proves the guy is not committed.
Not sure what the answer is, but the board need to change their direction (if they have one) now, act and communicate now. Riza should be moved on now. Lack of leadership on and off the field is going to cost us championship football otherwise.

The only protest I’ve seen in the last 10 years was for Bulut to get a contract from a few fans with mouths bigger than their brains.

Exactly. Weren’t too many moaning when the Championship trophy was being paraded around the field. The turning point was when we started losing regularly after being relegated.

As irrelevant as it as has been shitter than this when we were in the lower leagues decades ago.

It’s nearly 7 years ago, a long time in football terms, and we are seeing the club eroded because of the owner and his merry men’s total and utter football incompetence. Cheap hire after cheap hire to look after the millions we spend on the so called “assets” we waste tens of milllioms a year on. He deserves relegation.

I won’t be attending the protest. I’ve just stopped going as the apathy as well and truly set in. Judging by those actually attending these days I am not alone.

That’s bollocks, in the dungeon days we were shite for years and rock solid together as a fan base.

Far from alone, and at a guess many of those have been going since the dark days of division 4
