Any political parties, government or organisations who “fudge figures...” do so with the intention of distorting information in order to present to the public. It’s called lying and it’s used to disguise actual performance and avoid any accountability.

If you’re personally happy with people pulling the wool over your eyes and then sticking a brush up your arse, who am I to argue? Enjoy your half full glass butt
But shirley the fact that he knows it happens indicated that they haven't "Pulled the wool over his eyes". He is just looking on the good when it happens instead of always focusing on the perceived bad.

Gullible or wilfully dumb would mean that people dont know that the government fudges figures and stretches the truth, most know that and accept it, calling them out on this matter seems rather a waste of effort when we could be celebrating the fact that the testing capacity has increased massively and we all agree thats a great achievement
I think great acheivement might be pushing it. It is welcome news, now lets use that capacity to test the right people.

Looks like schools will be opening June 1 according to today’s telegraph. As much as I enjoy home schooling I’d be really happy for my two boys to hang out with their buddies again, albeit only for a few weeks until summer holidays kick in. God only knows how some parents are supposed to be home schooling and working from home at the same time.....

Mark Drakeford has said desire for 4 nations to exit lockdown together but Boris Johnson will be talking about schools in England only.

The UK economy will remain in the crapper for as long as social distancing is applied.

With our population and far less infected, we will be ok then.

We’re not going to see a whole scale return of pupils and there’s going to be a lot of parents disappointed that their children will still be at home.

Additionally, it’ll be interesting if social distancing measures and the lack (at the moment) of PPE available for teaching staff proves to be an issue?

Some households are going to find child care problematic when returns to work are expected.
