It's all the weed. Causes havoc with Bridgend folk who can't handle it.

It doesn’t matter what government sits in power either, they are all useless and the system is broke. Just look at the state of wales with Labour in power since forever….
Luckily I have insulated myself from the madness they create.
I don't know where you have got that from but it's bollocks

Starmer has had a shit week mostly of his own making and mostly easily avoidable. Freebies and his core office fighting and leaking like spoiled kids is a pathetic look.To left leaning people like me he looks neither fish nor foul. Apart from the winter fuel stuff and a bit of shutting down strikers there is nothing brave. He looks to the populist surge in Germany and his better engagement with the EU looks weak. Not much else to signal new energy rather than 13 years of Tory tiredness.

But you are right about naysayers like Goats. For years they have protested that they weren't closet Tories, haven't voted or voted for parties like the Lib Dems who look to the left of Starmer's Labour or have little or no interest in politics at all.

Yet a few months into a new government they have found radicalised new energy and are all over this stuff like a rash!

You are being very kind by labelling the Tories as ‘tired’. What gets me with the Tories and the Mail etc is their own sheer hypocrisy. Who made the environment where pensioners or anyone else for that matter are going hungry or cold? Who degraded the post of PM like the last few in post?
Starmer has had a bad start but that’s because we expect better of a Labour PM. Far better.

I agree that people expect better of Labour (I do definitely) but Starmer used to go out of the way to emphasise that difference during the four and more years before the last election - Labour can’t get away with saying vote for us again, we’re not quite as bad as the Tories.
