It's absolutely outrageous. But it's happening under housing legislation from a Welsh Labour Govt and it's happening now, not half a century ago, so expect condemnation from the ghosts of Sludge et al sometime in 2070

Homes should be for living in, not commodities to reap profit. Sensibly priced renting is a very welcome step forward in values

The Envy in this thread isn't unexpected 🤣🤣🤣 they expose themselves without effort, BTW if I had to join the pile on club, flipping houses is a term I'm not keen on, but you do seem to be annoying the right people so I'll try and shoe horn it into my posts from this point forward 👍

There’s been no flipping for almost 10 years now for me personally, just helping others develop, renovate and transform old houses that need some love like I did when I started 30 years ago…..there’s some very clueless people out there who need my skill set

You should see some of the prices for purpose built flats around Cardiff now…..no wonder I’m full in what I charge

I don't really subscribe to any party being a silver bullet, I think good governance is the key and we don't have that. On this matter I doubt Reform would be the best. Tbh, Labour should be all over stuff like this

Or in that womans case you posted ,75 grand from her old man

That , of course , means millions of people dont have that option

I am sure lots of lower income folks would be grateful of 75 k to start a " business "

Millions would be happy with a tiny fraction of that just to put food on the table.
