Process them and then deal with them
accordingly by either granting asylum, agreeing they can stay on a work visa because they have skills the country needs or send them back to their country of origin.

They could even use some of the money saved on the pointless Rwanda scheme to employ more immigration officers and an eventual reduction in backlog numbers would mean less costs housing people waiting to be processed
